As September comes to a close, ASCE wishes you well on your upcoming exams and projects. We hope that you enjoy next week's Fall Break and come back refreshed for midterms.
As many of you may know, the deadline for Hazing Prevention is only days away! By this Sunday, you will be required to submit your Hazing Prevention certification to the form on TigerLink. All student organizations on the LSU campus are required to have all of their active and new members complete that by this Sunday, October 1st. Completing this training and submitting your certification by October 1st will cover you for both the Fall 2023 and Spring 2024 semesters for our chapter. To find the link for training and the form for submission, go to our TigerLink Group Page and click on "More". Then, you can go to "Links" for the training link and "Surveys" for the submission form.
Remember that we have an ASCE Alumni Social this Sunday as well! Please use it as a chance to relax after completing Hazing Prevention or as a reminder of why you should be a part of our chapter. It will be from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on North PFT yard. This social event will be an opportunity for all current and past ASCE LSU members to connect. There will be some outdoor games as well as cooking and eating jambalaya!
