Mission
The purpose of the Black Women’s Advocacy Group is to promote the empowerment of
Black women through advocacy. The Black Woman’s Advocacy Group seeks to educate
and advocate for Black women in the LSU and local Baton Rouge community via
educational programming, volunteerism, and social gathering.
