About Us

The Caribbean Student Association (CSA) at Louisiana State University is dedicated to celebrating, educating, and uniting students through the rich and diverse cultures of the Caribbean. Our mission is to promote Caribbean heritage through social, educational, and cultural events while fostering a welcoming community for Caribbean students and those interested in the culture. We strive to raise awareness of Caribbean history and contributions, advocate for student interests, and provide opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and personal growth. Additionally, we are committed to serving the LSU, Baton Rouge communities and Caribbean Nations through meaningful outreach initiatives, creating a home away from home for Caribbean students and a bridge that connects LSU to the vibrancy of the Caribbean.
