Have you ever felt burnt out on school, activities, relationships, and everything in between? Have you ever felt like being a student leader makes you feel exhausted, but you absolutely love what you do on campus? Wellness can often be put on the back burner when it comes to staying on top of your responsibilities as a leader. Part 1 of this 4-part wellness and leadership workshop series equips you with the tools to create life harmony among all your responsibilities. You will learn practical ways to implement self-care and get to practice self-care during the workshop. This workshop is hands-on, including several active engagement opportunities. If you want to feel relaxed and learn more about self-care as a leader, this workshop is perfect for you. You can come to every workshop or just one. We hope to see you there.
