Leadership Workshop: Women & Leadership

Leadership is becoming more and more diverse, but that does not mean that the challenges women face in leadership positions have completely dissipated. Women face many different obstacles in leadership positions. This workshop is designed to empower young women leaders. The workshop will look at women in leadership currently and historically to see how they lead and how they have overcome certain challenges they have faced. This workshop will help women and men better empower the women around them.
