The National Organization of Minority Architecture Students (NOMAS) is dedicated to promoting diversity within the school of architecture and the broader architectural field. Our mission is to facilitate connections among students, organizations, and professionals, hosting a variety of inclusive events that inspire academic excellence. NOMAS prioritizes professional development, community engagement, and the advancement of diversity within the field of architecture.

Membership Benefits
Joining NOMAS provides various benefits, such as connecting with minority students in LSU's School of Architecture and other institutions. Members actively engage with the Baton Rouge community through volunteering and community involvement. Additionally, they enjoy fellowship with peers and professionals. Membership also includes the opportunity to attend the annual NOMA conference, facilitating exposure to the architectural industry and networking with professionals.
