Mission
Security Society at LSU aims to inform others of the concept of cybersecurity. We are devoted to teaching our members ways to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic information. Our motto is "Shaping the Future of Cybersecurity."

Membership Benefits
Members of SSL will be exposed to a network of cybersecurity students and professionals. Our members have the opportunity to participate in weekly workshops and listen to talks given by industry professionals.

Some of the topics we cover include virtual machines, Linux command line tools, C programming basics, malware analysis, and network security.
