January 2027 Service Event Volunteer Request

Thank you for choosing to partner with us! We’re grateful for the opportunity to support your event with volunteers.

Use this form to request volunteers for your upcoming service event during January 2027. Provide key details like the event date, time, location, and volunteer roles so we can help recruit and support volunteers effectively. Submit your volunteer request by December 15th, 2026.

Please note that we will post this volunteer opportunity to our event page and our monthly volunteer newsletter; however, we cannot guarantee that you will get all the volunteers that you've requested. 

We will provide at least one Site Coordinator for your service event to check in volunteers, bring joy and positivity, and to manage volunteers so that the community partner can focus on the event.

This Volunteer Request due date is December 15th for the month of January.
  • This form is ONLY for events that will take place during the month of January.
  • You can submit up to 10 events on this form. If you need to submit more, please contact volunteer@lsu.edu.
Requests submitted after the deadline will be considered based on availability, but priority will be given to events submitted by the due date.
