Service Event Volunteer Request

Thank you for choosing to partner with us!  We’re grateful for the opportunity to support your event with volunteers.

Use this form to request volunteers for your upcoming service event. Provide key details like the event date, time, location, and volunteer roles so we can help recruit and support volunteers effectively. Submit your volunteer request a month in advance.

Please note that we will post this volunteer opportunity to our event page; however, we cannot guarantee that you will get all the volunteers that you've requested. 

We will provide at least one Site Coordinator for your service event to check in volunteers, bring joy and positivity, and to manage volunteers so that the community partner can focus on the event.

Volunteer Request Due Dates (2025)
  • September events – submit by August 15
  • October events – submit by September 15
  • November events – submit by October 15
  • December events – submit by November 15
Volunteer Request Due Dates (2026)
  • February events – submit by January 15
  • March events – submit by February 15
  • April events – submit by March 15
​​​​​​​Requests submitted after the deadline will be considered based on availability, but priority will be given to events submitted by the due date.
