The Asian American Ambassadors (AAA) at LSU are established to combat xenophobia and racism against Asian Americans on campus. To achieve our goal, AAA supports and promotes education on Asian culture, history, and tradition. AAA exists to serve as representatives of each and every Asian American Pacific Islander at LSU.

March 21st - Tajikistan Night
Where: International Cultural Center at LSU
When: 6:30-9PM
Why: To ring in the Persian New Year and learn about the many traditions of Tajikistan!
To become an official (paid) member of AAA, you must pay yearly ($25) or semester ($15) dues. These help AAA pay for the events we plan during the academic year (such as karaoke nights, street food nights, and hot pot). Paid members obtain certain benefits and discounts at our paid events. A majority of AAA's events are free and open to the public, regardless of membership, but there are occasional events that are open to official (paid) members only. The purpose of these events are to promote Asian American culture on campus.
Unpaid members are still welcome to attend our events and meetings. AAA encourages our members to pay the fee as it helps us as an organization. To request a fee waiver, please contact our treasurer, Hermione Lam, at hlam7@lsu.edu.
