Most health insurance plans cover the full cost. However, if you do not
have coverage or opt out of filing, you can pay by cash or check:
$15 - Students
$25 - Faculty, staff and retirees, and non-student spouses
To expedite the process, schedule an appointment on the Patient Portal,
www.lsu.edu/shcportal. Walk-ups are also welcome. Bring your LSU ID,
insurance card and a form of payment (if applicable).
