The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) is a organization with the goal of supporting and encouraging the Hispanic community to grow professionally and become a leading group of today's society in the United States.

The Hispanic community is a fast-growing group in the United States, but there are not enough leaders in the professional world to represent us. That is the main goal of SHPE, to support and forge the future Hispanic leader of the USA, in order to becoming an important part of the society.

SHPE changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and to impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support and development. Vision SHPE's vision is a world where Hispanics are highly valued and influential as the leading innovators, scientists, mathematicians and engineers.
