About Us
The Water Polo Club at LSU is open to all students currently enrolled at LSU.  We do not hold tryouts, and we welcome anyone with interest to try the sport. For those that are unfamiliar with the sport, it's not difficult to pick up because it relates a lot to soccer and basketball.  If you have swimming experience it can benefit you so that you can keep up with the fast-paced nature of the game.  We frequently compete in New Orleans against Tulane.  For league play, we are enrolled in the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) and we play in the Texas division so most of our tournaments are in Texas.     In the spring we compete in offseason tournaments that are held in different states.
