We hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far! The Summer Solstice is right around the corner. Please take the time to check out how you can get involved with LSU ASCE and other local branches this summer.

Interested in volunteering with us at the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank next semester?
Our Volunteer Chair, Ethan Nguyen, is looking to gather interest for the fall semester. The Greater Baton Rouge Bank requires a list of names or approximate size for a group to sign up.

Volunteer in the Community!

The Baton Rouge Branch of ASCE is reintroducing EngineerIT! This event is designed to introduce kids aged 6–12 to the exciting world of civil engineering.

The event will take place at the Louisiana Arts and Science Museum (LASM) on Saturday, July 19 and Saturday, July 26.

If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form. Lunch will be provided for all volunteers!

Want to help LSU ASCE improve for next semester? Please take the time to answer a short 4-question poll (labeled Suggestions for Fall 2025). If we receive at least 20 new responses each time, we will do a raffle for a gift card on every second Monday during the summer, starting in this month. You can only submit once!
