Our Mission

The mission of the CBSA is: (1) To create relationships between students and industry leaders seeking to hire topflight talent; (2) To help members develop business competencies that are attractive to potential employers; (3) To promote career exploration and clarity while encouraging networking with current and past students; (4) To provide opportunities for internships, mentorships, and scholarships; (5) To assist the Department of Finance in implementing the Commercial Banking Initiative; (6) To create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages an inclusive community and promotes diversity.
