Mission
LSU Karate is open to anyone┬áwho wishes to train and learn more about karate-do. We are a traditional Shotokan dojo affiliated to the JKA/AF.┬áNo prior martial arts experience required.
In martial arts, especially Karate, we stress the importance of control at all times to ensure a safe training environment for everyone. There's never been any kind of serious injury in our dojo.
Our instructors are 4th and 2nd degree black-belts with over 10 years of experience each.┬á
Discipline and diligence are what we strive for in Karate. We understand that each individual progresses at a different pace. The only thing we will ever ask for is your commitment during practice.┬á
