Badminton enthusiasts gather to practice their skills and develop friendships. Everyone is welcome! Our goal is to become an officially registered LSU badminton team. Meetings every Saturday at the UREC indoor courts at 7:00 PM CT (starting Saturday, March 20th).
IMPORTANT! LOOK HERE FRIENDS! We are currently partnered with goknit.com to raise funds for the badminton club! With each successful survey completion by you guys (including the video section if applicable), members will receive a 5 dollar discount from their usual membership dues, which is 15 dollars! Be sure to select "Badminton Club" at the start of the survey so we know how many members are taking it and send a screenshot of the survey completion page when you're done! The surveys should take around 5 minutes to complete so it should be fairly simple and straight forward. Surveys will be released on a monthly basis and links will be posted on our website or our mailing list! Otherwise with the normal 15 dollar semester club dues, members will receive: 1. An exclusive drop released by semester of the LSU Badminton Club t-shirt, designed with care. 2. A tube of 12 pcs shuttlecocks/birdies (brand: swallow, speed: 77, color: white). 3. training with club members of similar skillsets. 4. Many opportunities to build lifelong friendships within the club. 5. Secure scheduled training times once the club is recognized as an official sports club in the UREC.
