In search of a frightful good time this Halloween?

Mark your calendars! The LSU Libraries Open House will take place on Tuesday, October 26th and Wednesday, October 27th, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This is a Halloween-themed event and all LSU students are invited to attend. Information stations will be set up on the lawn in front of the LSU Main Library to showcase the services and resources LSU Libraries provides to the LSU community.

Join us for games, prizes and Trick or Treats at LSU Libraries FrankenFaire. In the spirit of Halloween, costumes are encouraged.


Participants will have the opportunity to win one of several door prizes donated by local businesses and library vendors. See below for details about our killer door prizes. Bring your LSU ID for verification and eligibility to win.

Kindle Fire
$50 Amazon Gift Card

We will host our new, totally revamped Digital Escape Room. Participants must explore Madame Boudreaux's office of riddles and mystery to solve the final devious puzzle to escape. Do you have what it takes? Participants who complete the escape room have the chance to win a prize.
