About Us

Sofia on Campus is an on-campus program dedicated to providing accessible healthcare resources equally to all to students and to encourage holistic health among the college population. This organization will provide access to forms of alternative wellness (e.g., mediation and yoga) through campus events, inform students on different health, wellness, and beauty resources in their area, and share information about various types of wellness through guest hosts, articles, and student-experiences. Sofia on Campus would like to help students gain knowledge and skills that they may benefit from on a daily basis to better their holistic wellness, outside of their traditional healthcare resources.
