The Red Cross Club at LSU is an extension of the American Red Cross of Southeast Louisiana. The club is committed to the core principles of the American Red Cross, striving to alleviate human distress during emergencies by harnessing the dedication of volunteers and the generosity of donors.

Our members' most favored event each semester is Sound the Alarm. During this initiative, we identify and visit low-income households to install smoke alarms. This effort aims to assist those in need and proactively prevent future home fires, ultimately saving lives.
