Our purpose is to cultivate a community of students passionate about value investing, financial literacy, and long-term wealth creation. We provide members with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities to excel in value investing through education.
Active membership is open to any LSU student who subscribes to the organization's purpose. Associate membership is open to LSU faculty and staff. There are no membership dues.
Conducts fundamental analysis of securities, prepares investment research reports, and organizes educational programming to enhance members' analytical and professional skills in value investing.
Schedules monthly regular meetings, coordinates meeting logistics, secures guest speakers from industry, and manages organizational events.
Oversees all election processes, ensures proper procedures are followed, and manages paper-ballot voting at the designated election meeting each spring.
