The organization is led by three officers — a President, Vice President, and Secretary of Administrative Affairs — with a Faculty Advisor serving as the designated faculty sponsor.
Per Article V of the organization's constitution, the Faculty Advisor serves as the designated faculty sponsor for university registration purposes and may attend meetings and events at their discretion.
Officers serve one-year terms beginning at the start of each academic year. Elections are conducted by paper ballot at a special election meeting held on campus the Monday following the final regular meeting of the spring semester.
